6. Correct walking operation

When the excavator is walking, the working device shall be stowed as far as possible and close to the center of the body to maintain stability; Place the final drive behind to protect the final drive. Avoid driving through stumps and rocks as much as possible, and prevent track distortion; if you must drive past an obstacle, make sure that the track center is on the obstacle. When passing the earth pier, the chassis is always supported by working device to prevent the body from shaking violently or even overturning. It is necessary to avoid idling the engine on steep slopes for a long time; otherwise, poor lubrication will be caused by the change of oil level angle. Long distance walking of the machine will cause high temperature in the roller and final drive due to long-time rotation and the oil viscosity will decrease and the lubrication is poor. Therefore, it is necessary to stop and cool down frequently to cool down and prolong the life of the lower body. It is forbidden to excavate the soil by the driving force of walking; otherwise, excessive load will lead to early wear or damage of the components of the final drive and track. When walking uphill; drive the wheel behind to increase the adhesion of the track. When walking down the slope, the driving wheel shall be in front to make the upper track tight to prevent the car body from sliding forward under the action of gravity during parking. When walking on a slope, the working device shall be placed in front to ensure safety. After stopping, insert the bucket into the ground gently and lower the block under the track. When walking and turning on steep slopes, the speed should be slowed down. When turning left, turn the left track backward, and turn the right track backward when turning right. This can reduce the risk of turning on the slope.
